Rates?
Our session rates are very competitive starting at $170 per 50 minute session. An extra premium is applied to evening and weekend hours
Do You Take Insurance?
Cohesive SOULutions is not in-network with any insurance provider. We have a “patient-centered” approach. We spend as much time as necessary with each patient and do not allow insurance companies to dictate how YOU should be treated. We work for YOU, not a 3rd-party insurance company. Our conversations and notes are 100% confidential and everything stays between us. The only time anything is ever released from our office to another is when YOU request it.
However, upon request, we will provide you with a “superbill” that aggregates the data from your visits in order for you to turn into your provider to be reimbursed (dependant upon your insurance plan).

What is the cancellation policy at Cohesive SOULutions?
If you are a client and we have made an appointment, please note that there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please either do so within your portal or notify our office as soon as possible. Less than 24-hours notice to change/cancel an appointment (as well as no-shows) will be charged for the time reserved for you.
